Billing questions

Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Three projects, ten members, 1 GB of storage, all ten views, time tracking, automations and AI credits. No credit card, no expiry, no feature countdown.
How does your pricing beat Asana and Monday?
Three ways: a much lower per-seat price ($4/user/month billed annually), guests and clients that never count as seats, and no seat minimums or blocks. Agencies can also take the flat plan at $39/month for up to 25 people.
Do you charge extra for AI?
No. AI credits are included in every plan, including Free. If you run out, credit packs start at $5 for 1,000 credits — there is no per-seat AI upsell.
Which views are gated behind higher tiers?
None. Gantt, Timeline, Workload, Calendar, Table, Board, List, Mind map, Dashboard and My Tasks are on every plan including Free.
How do you count members?
Only people who can create or edit work count. Guests, clients and view-only stakeholders are unlimited and free on every plan, including Free.
Can I mix plans across workspaces?
Billing is per organisation, and one subscription covers every workspace inside it. Agencies usually run one organisation with a workspace per client.
What happens when I add someone mid-month?
Paddle prorates the new seat for the remainder of the period. Remove a seat and the credit applies to your next invoice.
Is the lifetime deal really unlimited in time?
Yes — one payment, Business features for five members, forever, including features we ship later. It is capped at 1,000 purchases so it stays sustainable.
Can I migrate from my current tool?
Yes — CSV or JSON importers for Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday and ClickUp map statuses, custom fields, subtasks and sprints. Switch and we credit three months of Pro.
Do you handle EU VAT and sales tax?
Paddle is our merchant of record, so VAT, GST and US sales tax are calculated, collected and remitted for you. You get a compliant invoice automatically.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period, then drop to Free. Your data stays intact and exportable as JSON or CSV — we never hold it hostage.
Is my data encrypted and GDPR compliant?
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. We are GDPR compliant, offer a DPA, support EU or US data residency on Enterprise, and provide one-click export and erasure.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
50% off for 12 months for startups under two years old with fewer than 20 people, and 50% off forever for registered nonprofits and educational institutions.
Will my price go up later?
No. Subscribe in our first year and your per-seat price is locked for the lifetime of the subscription, including every feature we ship afterwards.
