Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026 · ManageYourProject, operating manageyourproject.net

This policy exists so one customer cannot ruin the Service for everyone else. It applies to every plan, including Free.

Prohibited content and conduct

  • Unlawful material, including content that infringes copyright, trademark or trade secrets.
  • Malware, exploit kits, phishing pages, or credential-harvesting content.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, including using notifications, invitations or the client portal to spam.
  • Harassment, threats, or content that sexually exploits minors — reported to authorities without notice.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of the Service without written authorisation, or bypassing authentication, rate limits or plan entitlements.
  • Reselling, sublicensing or white-labelling the Service outside a written partner agreement.
  • Using the API or automations to mine, mirror or resell platform data at scale.

Fair use of shared resources

Documented limits are the contract: API rate limits per plan, a 250 MB per-file cap, storage quotas, automation run quotas, and AI credit allowances. We may throttle, and will contact you before doing anything drastic, if a single workspace consumes disproportionate shared capacity — for example sustained requests far above your plan's limit, or automation loops. We would rather sell you a bigger plan than switch you off.

Security research

Good-faith research is welcome. Test only against your own workspace, never access another customer's data, avoid denial-of-service testing, and report findings to [email protected]. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who follow this.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we will contact you, throttle, suspend the affected feature, or terminate. For illegal content or an active security threat we act first and explain after. You may appeal any action by replying to the notice.
